Fully automated commercial yogurt fermenting cabinet perfect for making cup-set yogurt, kefir or any fermented type of product which requires heat. - Digital control panel allows you to program disinfection of cabinet (ozone), ferment (up to 45 degrees C), cool and refrigerate. Fully adjustable temperature and time for all phases. Uses fan system at the base of the cabinet to circulate air so temperature is even throughout. Adjustable coated grill shelves to allow air to circulate. Cabinet is fully insulated, double thickness glass doors, and on castors.
